Motor Trade Job, Dealer Assistant/ PA, North London area

£22k basic
Bonus available

My client, a Prestige Main Dealership Group, are looking to recruit an experienced Dealer Assistant/ PA for their General Manager.

This is a high level post to provide organisational and administrative support to the Dealership General Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent shorthand skills and will be able to supply an efficient and professional secretarial service including: collating information for the management team; general administration duties; be able to organise meetings; and screening telephone calls.

Ideally you will have a knowledge of the Motor Industry; with at least 3 years experience in a similar level role.

Excellent communication skills are a must, both oral and written.

My client is looking for a professional person; able to fit into a friendly team environment.

You must have advanced Powerpoint/ Excel skills; be PC literate; and able to deliver high standards of work at all times ? sometimes under pressure.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this post.
