Based in the heart of London's Soho, one of the UK's leading Online Media Recruitment Companies are actively looking for an experienced Digital Recruitment Consultant to take over a hot desk with the potential to grow and develop their own team. Working for a company that has already grown to an impressive £3m+ turnover in only four years, this is a unique opportunity for anyone with digital recruitment experience looking for something different.

Joining the young, friendly and vibrant office of 15 consultants you will immediately be working with some of the hottest brands within On Line Media with clients ranging from MSN and Yahoo to the Top 100 Interactive Design agencies across the UK. You will be working on a huge number of vacancies across all areas of design and Digital, from Flash Designers and Project Managers to Art Directors. As you progress and develop your relationships with the client base, you will be encouraged to gradually build a team around you to ensure supply satisfies demand. As the On Line Industry goes from strength to strength, there is realistic potential for anyone ambitious to be able to grow this desk into a 6-consultant division within a short space of time.

To be successful you will be an experienced Digital / Design Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of success. You will have an excellent understanding of the Media Industry and a genuine interest in the movers and shakers of the On Line world. You will be articulate, sociable, have excellent communication skills combined with the ambition to grow and develop your own team whilst managing the whole recruitment process.

Working out of funky high spec offices minutes from Covent Garden, where facilities include a pool table, Plasma televisions and a mini bar, this is a unique working environment where consultants generally love their jobs. As well as having an enviable client base, the company boasts a huge advertising spend to ensure a strong market presence and a heavy flow of candidates.

Other perks include: Generous basic salary (25 ? 45K depending on experience), competitive commission structure paid over the quarter, £250 per month client spend account, regular team nights out, dress down working environment, regular invites to industry parties and events as well as the potential to be running a team by the end of your second year.
