Marketing Recruitment Consultant for FMCG and Retail

Description

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Recruitment Consultant to join a growing team within London's most respected and professional Marketing Recruitment Company.

Focusing on some of the biggest names within FMCG and Retail, you will be working in a close nit team on client accounts including Coco Cola, Warner Bros, Sony and Virgin. Targeting the more senior end of the market, you will be working on mid to senior level positions with candidates ranging from European Marketing Managers to Advertising Directors. You will be working on a combination of contingency and retained assignments, with candidate's salaries starting around 40K and regularly moving into six figures upwards.

Once you have been introduced to some of the client accounts you will be working with, you will be given all the tools needed to generate candidates and begin making placements. To be successful: You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong knowledge of the marketing industry. You will be intelligent with a 2.1 Degree from a leading University, be confident, articulate with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
