One of the UK's leading Educational Recruitment Consultancies are actively looking for a money hungry graduate with a flair for sales to join their busy office minutes from Hammersmith Station, where the will forge a successful career in recruitment.
Working alongside a successful team of 12 experienced recruitment consultants, you will tasked with recruiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers at all levels for some of the leading schools and colleges across London and the South of England. Working in a close nit team, you will initially be given extensive training on all areas of recruitment consulting and business to business sales, where you will learn a variety of skills including; The art of Headhunting, How to generate new business; Interviewing techniques; the art of Negotiation and how to close deals.
Once a fully fledged recruitment consultant, you will enjoy a varied day where activities include picking up new jobs, interviewing teachers, managing the whole interview process whilst closing various deals.
To be successful you will be an intelligent graduate with a flair for sales. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet and thrive in a target driven sales environment. As you will be recruiting Teachers, it is preferable you will have some interest in the Educational Sector and the infrastructure and procedures involved within Schools, Primary Schools and Colleges.
