Description

Experience
? Understanding of credit risk analysis techniques including the application of rating methodologies (essential)
? Understanding and experience of using and interpreting financial statements and spreadsheets (essential)
? Experience of quantitative and qualitative portfolio analysis and reporting techniques (essential)
? Experience of portfolio modelling methodologies (desirable)
? Experience in loan covenant compliance (desirable)

Qualifications and Training:
? Completion of courses on basic credit skills, credit risk measurement and management (desirable).


Job skills and knowledge

? Knowledge of accounting standards and contents (essential)
? Ability to accurately follow procedures manuals and systems (essential)
? Capacity to deliver portfolio rating materials within allocated timescale (essential)
? Ability to work in a team (essential)
? Capacity to plan and organise own workload (essential)
? A good level of inter-personal skills (essential)
? Knowledge of exception reporting systems across a range of credit risk products (desirable)
? Knowledge of contents of loan documentation, including but not limited to covenants and undertakings (desirable)
? Knowledge of credit risk measurement methodologies, including both internal and externally derived approaches (desirable)
