History
Judd Farris Property Recruitment was set up in 1998 as a recruitment company specialising solely in the placement of property and construction professionals. Since our formation, we have become one of the market leaders in this specialist consultancy field. Our clients include; Private Practices, Public Limited Companies, Retailers, Developers, Charities, Leisure Operators, Financial Institutions, Property Companies, Construction Organisations, Facilities Service Providers and Consultants. We place candidates at all levels from Graduates through to Board Directors worldwide. As part of our ambition to fully service our client's needs, in July 2005 Judd Farris Support Services was launched. This division specialises in recruiting support roles including PAs, Secretaries, Administrators, Receptionists and Office Managers on both a temporary and permanent basis, across all sectors of the property industry.
Office Network
Due to client and candidate demand, we have developed a network of offices across the UK based in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester and a network of offices worldwide based in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Judd Farris Support Services is currently run from London and Manchester with plans to expand into the Bristol and Birmingham offices during 2006. Our consultants liaise regularly with each other, clients and candidates to ensure that we supply the most comprehensive and professional service possible. We ensure that, where possible, clients and candidates have one point of contact with us in order to provide continuity and to build up a greater understanding of the needs of the business and/or individual. We are a national business able to offer recruitment solutions using our local market knowledge on a national and global basis.

Knowledge
We have recognised the need for our own personnel to have an in-depth understanding of the property industry to serve both clients and candidates effectively. As such, most of our consultants are from the surveying industry or have specialised in property recruitment for a number of years. This provides Judd Farris with a unique blend of property and construction professional knowledge and recruitment experience. This ensures that we are experts in our market, we understand its needs and can respond positively and quickly as it changes.
