All Adecco candidates are interviewed thoroughly face-to-face, in order for us to draw up a complete profile of the applicant and to investigate behavioural competencies in greater detail.
When considering a candidate for your opportunity, we conduct an initial meeting to brief them on the role and your organisation, meaning you can use your precious interview time to really get to know the candidate and assess their suitability.
We provide comprehensive outlines of all interviews and assessments and complete a full post-interview debrief with clients and candidates involving feedback for both parties.
Xpert
We use Xpert, our bespoke electronic evaluation, training and testing package, to ensure the suitability of all candidates. Developed exclusively for Adecco, Xpert measures and evaluates candidates based on "can do" (skills), "will do" (motivation), "will fit" (with the culture of your organisation) criteria. This approach increases candidate/vacancy fit leading to improved productivity, retention and job satisfaction.
